Please attend your children in the swimming pool and advice them to keep their voices down.

Our facilities (the swimming pool, kayaks, SUPs) are free of charge for residence guests only. If your guests/visitors want to use them, please contact the front desk for the usage fees or the charges will be billed to your room.

Please do not flush toilet paper or sanitary napkins down the toilet as that will cause overflow.

To assist with natural resources saving, please turn off the air-con, light and water faucet when not in use. Reuse towels / linens if possible. If you want your towels to be replaced, please put them in the basket.

Smoking inside the room is prohibited Cleaning fees will be applied.

Please hang our Toy Broom in front of your room if the housekeeping is needed that day.

Please put diapers on your babies to avoid mattresses cleaning fee.

Early check-out is non-refundable.

Be wary of stepping on sea urchins & corals.

Children should not swim without adult supervision.

Towels, rattan bags, umbrellas, tissue boxes, hairdryers and all amenities/objects in the room are not for taking home.

If you lose your room keys please notify the Front Desk as soon as possible. Replacement cost ฿500/key.

There's a safety deposit box in the room. The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings.

We do not have service charge but we have a tip box at the front desk. When you put your tip in the box or charge on top of your bill, it will go to all staff equally.
